"Obesity" is defined as too much body fat and can put your health at risk. It can be determined by a measurement called a body mass index (BMI), which you can check using a BMI calculator. BMI compares your weight to your height. It can also be defined by measuring your waist. When elevated, also called abdominal obesity, it also puts your health at risk. If your BMI is 25 to 29.9, you're overweight but not obese. A BMI of 30 or more is in the obese range.
Here are some qualifications for this study:
Are Overweight or Obese
Male or Female between the ages of 18-75 years of age
Medical diagnosis of at least one weight related comorbidity
BMI must be greater than 27 kg/m2
Weight Related Comorbidity :
Type 2 Diabetes
Obstructive Sleep Apnea
High Blood Pressure
