Celiac Disease is a serious hereditary autoimmune disease where the indestion of gluten leads to painful damage in the small intestine. Celiac disease can develop at any age. If left untreated it can lead to serious health problems.


Are 18 years of age or older
Were diagnosed with celiac disease 6 or more months ago
Are actively experiencing symptoms related to celiac disease
Have been on a gluten-free diet for at least 6 months
Are able to maintain a gluten-free diet during
study participation
Then you might be a candidate for our study on Celiac Disease.
Signs and Symptoms

Vomiting, Poor appetite, Bloating, Flatulence

Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Constipation

Weight loss, Irritability

Short stature
-
Changes in mood such as anxiety

Tingling numbness in the hands and feet

Seizures
-
Irregular periods, infertility or recurrent miscarriage

Canker sores inside the mouth

Thinning hair and dull skin
