Healthy people and/or people with the condition being studied can volunteer.  There are very strict requirements in each study.  Volunteers must be either healthy or have the conditions required.  Each study has a different requirements such as age, sex or have a specific condition which is determined by our examining physician prior to participating in the study.  All benefits as well as any risks will be explained to volunteers during the informed consent process.
